The Master

(He's seen the TARDIS but doesn't know what it's called or what it does. He knows the Doctor is a Time Lord, but he doesn't know what that is. He knows Jack doesn't stay dead.)
The Master Universe where genders are reversed.
The Master This is the version of the Master from Master Plan. He's disappeared from the Valiant shortly after Blind - he thought he was walking into the TARDIS/paradox machine, but instead he ended up... here.
The Master This is the Master from neverthelast's universe. He fought the Time War beside the Doctor, and they came out together, and alive. Gallifrey's gone, though.

The Master Roughly three years after the events of "Last of the Time Lords", having had a back-up plan in case the paradox machine failed. The drums are quieter this regeneration, though not absent.
