Brief Personality: Quite, a little timid, introspective and intellectual. He is very human (in good and bad ways) and very much a man of his time (he comes with prejudices). The exception to this is that when he feels threatened - and this includes being forced to remember things he doesn't want to - he can become very, very nasty. | |
| Brief History: He is a schoolteacher in Farringham School in England before the Great War. His parents are Sydney and Verity. He thinks he's from somewhere called Gallifrey - in Ireland. Is that a sucky ass history, or what? Unfortunately, it's about all he's got. His brain will manufacture the rest as he needs it. And it may damn well not make sense.
