Things are going very badly, and she recently decided to resurrect the Master as a part of a last ditch effort to turn the tide. She's frantic to get back to her proper time and place. |

Brief Personality: Romana is naturally cheerful, curious, and compassionate, but playing President in wartime has made her a little more closed off and wary. | |
| Brief History: Romana is a Time Lord, born and raised on Gallifrey. She graduated from the Academy with a triple first. Shortly thereafter, she was sent by the High Council to assist the Doctor in finding the components of the Key to Time. Traveling with him, she came to appreciate the kind of learning one gets out in the universe. She eventually set off on her one adventures in a alternate dimension called E-space. After liberating entire species from slavery, and saving many planets, she decided she was experienced enough to hold her own on Gallifrey. She arrived shortly after Time Lords put the Doctor on trial, and the Gallifrey was still feeling the fall out from that political shake up. She managed to be elected President, and had high hopes of steering her people into a new era of interaction with other species. Unfortunately, the Dalek had other plans, now she is merely fighting to keep the Daleks from ruling everything. The war is going very badly, and it has taken it's toll on her. | ||
