| Brief History: Born in the 51st century, raised on the Boeshane Peninsula, recruited to the Time Agency as a teenager. Left after losing two years of his memories (still not retrieved), spent a hair-raising but fun few years working cons, collided with the Ninth Doctor (or rather, Rose, and then the Doctor) in 1940s London. Killed fighting Daleks on the Game Station, revived by Rose and the power of the time vortex, now immortal. Returned to Earth 1869, after a decade or so wandering, settled in Cardiff. Spent several decades (not continuous) as a prisoner/employee of Torchwood, rose to command after the Battle of Canary Wharf. | ||
