(He's seen the TARDIS but doesn't know what it's called or what it does. He knows the Doctor is a Time Lord, but he doesn't know what that is. He knows Jack doesn't stay dead.) |

Brief Personality: The Professor is ingenious, a little self-deprecating, gentlemanly in manner, and really, really oblivious in some areas. He is driven to save humanity from the end of the universe but can make very pragmatic decisions about individual lives. | |
| Brief History: His history may or may not be mostly the product of a chameleon circuit, but to the best of his knowledge, he was found as a child on the shores of the Silver Devastation, and spent most of his life on one refugee ship or another before he got to Malcassario. He's known Chantho for seventeen years, so he's been human for at least that long. He's been trying to get the propulsion system to work on a rocket to take what's left of humanity to Utopia, and the Doctor has just given him new hope that they can actually make it work. He has had the sound of drums in his head for as long as he can remember, and they seem to have gotten louder and more intrusive since the Doctor showed up on Malcassario. Funny, that. He also seems to have a broken fob watch that he can't see too clearly. | ||
