| Brief History: Emma Harkness shouldn't be alive. She's half-human, half-Andromedan, and the two species weren't supposed to be compatible. Somehow, she survived. To her parent, Jack, she's very precious. And she can shape-shift.
Following an incident after which two years of their memories were removed, Jack and his partner left the Time Agency, and became conmen. One day, Jack's partner lent her his Vortex Manipulator, on condition that she went somewhere completely different, just for fun. That somewhere appeared to be another universe, with another Jack, who had a TARDIS called Emma, instead, because she hadn't survived. Emma hit the reverse sequence on the Manipulator, to get home. But she got blown off course, and ended up here. |
