Brief Personality: Harriet is a kind, intelligent young woman. She tends to be a bit too serious about things and can be too quiet, especially at work where sometimes she is so far into the background, people almost forget her. Despite that, she's not shy at all, and she can make herself heard when needs be. | |
| Brief History: Born in 1893 to a wealthy family, she spent the majority of her childhood being encouraged to learn just as much as her two brothers. She observed physics at Oxford University and showed an incredible aptitude for it; her educated childhood and bright mind had put her at an advantage. When both her brothers were recruited to the army for the war, she accepted a place in Torchwood, believing that the technology and knowledge held in that place could help the war effort immensely.
After the time shift in St Telio's Hospital, she had just finished filing away important information and was heading out of the hub when she stumbled straight out into this bizarre world. |
