Brief Personality: She is a confident woman with a strong sense of right and wrong, highly intelligent. She is honest and not easily threatened or intimidated. Her work is almost completely the focus of her life, though she does know how to relax and has a bit of fun where she can as long as it doesn't interfere with her job. | |
| Brief History: Born just outside of London to a relatively well-off family, Kathy moved to Cardiff for university studying Criminology and Sociology, then stuck around once she joined the police force. She worked her way up to DCI and is an extremely competent police officer.
Kathy has no family in the area, and lives on her own with her pet cat. She was considering returning to London to take up a job offer in the city, but turned it down due to the strange occurrences there that she had been hearing about. Unfortunately, strange things have begun to happen in Cardiff, and she has become more and more suspicious of the organisation 'Torchwood', for which she holds little respect. |
